If you receive a damaged or incomplete product, please contact us within 24-48 hours through phone, WhatsApp, or email.
In the unfortunate event that your parcel is lost during transit, we will promptly notify you as soon as we become aware of the situation. We will take immediate steps to resolve the issue. If your parcel cannot be found within 5 working days after you have been notified, we will issue a refund, which will be deposited directly into your bank account.
