We have a policy of not providing refunds or accepting returns and exchanges unless the product is damaged or lost during delivery. We highly recommend that you thoroughly inspect your package upon delivery to ensure that the items are in good condition.
If you receive a damaged or incomplete product, please contact us within 24-48 hours through phone, WhatsApp, or email.
In the unfortunate event that your parcel is lost during transit, we will promptly notify you as soon as we become aware of the situation. We will take immediate steps to resolve the issue. If your parcel cannot be found within 5 working days after you have been notified, we will issue a refund, which will be deposited directly into your bank account.
We do not deliver during public holidays and Sundays. The specified time frames are only estimates, as deliveries could be earlier and on very rare occasions, later than estimated. In the event that your items are not delivered within the estimated time, do not hesitate to give us a call or send us an email; we definitely will have it rectified.
